You can make your payments monthly or annually in Turkish Lira or US Dollar using credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discovery).

After logging into your account, updating your information is sufficient through the service section. For any other issues, suggestions, or feedback, you can contact us at any time through the support page on our website.

The Startup package is excellent for new beginnings! If you won't be actively creating content on your site and instead showcasing a corporate firm or a personal portfolio, this might be the ideal package for you. However, please note that its features may be limited compared to other packages. For more details, please check the packages section.

The admin panel is a user interface that allows you to log in to your website and add content (text, images, files). This feature is available only in Pro and Advanced package types. You cannot make changes to the established layout of the site (themes, plugins, code). For security reasons, you do not have access permission to FTP.

We don't have a refund policy. However, don't worry! You can cancel your current subscription anytime without any penalty, before your next invoice arrives.  

Certainly, all you need to do is to create a package change request through the service section. Your next invoice will be priced based on the package you requested. Please read the terms of use for more details.
